SHIPPING

1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times: UK: 2–5 business days, Europe: 5–10 business days, Rest of World: 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Packaging & Quality Control
Every print and product is carefully quality checked before shipping and leaves the studio in perfect condition. Products are packaged securely; prints may be shipped flat or rolled in tubes depending on size.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
We cannot be held responsible for postal or customs delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at studio@studiojoyce.co.uk. Confirmed lost parcels will be replaced (if possible) or refunded.

6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damage, and photos of the damaged packaging. Without photographic proof of the damaged packaging, we won’t be able to accept your claim. A replacement or refund will then be arranged.
