1. Overview
This website is operated by Studio Joyce, a trading name of James Joyce Ltd. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Studio Joyce. By visiting this site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Availability
All prints and merchandise are created and sold by Studio Joyce. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Many prints are limited editions or made in small batches; availability is not guaranteed.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other accepted methods. Studio Joyce is operated by James Joyce Ltd, which receives and processes all payments.

4. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or faulty. If your item is damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt at studio@studiojoyce.co.uk. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the damaged packaging. Without photographic proof of the damaged packaging, we won’t be able to accept your claim. A replacement or refund will then be arranged. If a damaged item is part of a limited edition and replacements are no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

5. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

6. Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, images, and related materials are the intellectual property of James Joyce and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without liability.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
